Core Camp Promotions Coordinator

Love photography and the great outdoors? This job is for you! The CORE camp photographer and staffer position is an opportunity for college-aged students to capture the summer forever, promote conference camps on social media and help campers have the best week of their summer. Photography and social media promotions are at the center of this summer position.

Camp staff will be traveling across the state each week, photographing camp daily and sharing it with camper families at home. In addition, this position will work closely with Camp Directors and Site Directors to ensure camp administrative processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Photographing camp daily
  • Uploading photos to social media, Flickr, etc.
  • Blogging about camp on
  • Serving in an administrative role, assisting camp and site staff, as needed:
    • Check-in of all campers/Directors/Counselors
    • Check-in of all medications
    • Daily distribution of medications
    • First Aid response/Basic Medical Care


  • Photography experience and interest
  • Interest in managing social media
  • A perpetually outgoing and positive personality
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Experience with children
  • Must be Safe Sanctuary Certified (Will be provided if necessary)
  • First Responder Training (provided)

Spark Summer Leaders Program

The Spark Summer Leaders Program is an opportunity for promising college aged adults to take on an important role in the execution of Spark Mini-Mobile camps. Spark Summer Leaders will spend their summers traveling to each of our different church locations and working directly with pastors and church leadership to implement a successful camp at that location. SSL will also be working with local church volunteers and children in attendance at camp

SSLs responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Training local church volunteers.
  • Delivering camp equipment such as rock wall, large inflatables to churches
  • Setting up, taking down, and maintaining equipment
  • Managing registrant information
  • Leading large group game time
  • Leading worship and skit time
  • Coordinating with Conference and local church staff to lead entire camp weekend


  • A perpetually outgoing and positive personality
  • An ability to create great, long-lasting relationships with church staff and fellow SSLs
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Experience with children
  • Aptitude for leading meetings and speaking in front of large groups
  • A basic understanding of excel, word, and other Office products
  • Must be safe sanctuary certified (Will be provided if necessary)
